Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                  
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE JOINT                                              
RESOLUTION NO. 33 Urging our United States Senators to work to                                      
allow a timely vote on the floor on all judicial nominations. Senator
